When you think of LifeStyle Groups… well let’s face it you think of “Swingers.” And Google agrees with me.

Normally Timeshares is not something I would blog about. In fact the only time I’d seriously considered it was when touring Los Abrigados resort in Sedona. We were so close but I was ultimately glad we didn’t go for it. These days, the concept is still a little tough to grasp though after reading a marketing brochure from LifeStyle Asset Group.

It’s a club. One I would like to belong to. But how does it work? I was looking for a video but there is no YouTube Channel yet. No Facebook page…. perhaps that’s by design. So you have to go to their flash based website.

Three things one may want to consider are the following:

This may be the most opportunistic time to purchase a second home. Mortgage rates will hardly get lower in the next 6-12 months;
A second home in one destination; a private residence club membership; or a real estate fund, and
Not settling and getting away to top-rated destinations.

Lifestyle Asset Group is a limited liability corporation investing in 12 luxury residences in the top destinations in North America, Mexico and the Caribbean. Currently, we are offering only 100 privileged owners the ability to participate in the ownership of $30 million of resort real estate, closing on February 28th, 2012.

In creating the most enlightened second-home ownership model in the world, the industry veterans of Lifestyle Asset Group invested more than a year of research and substantial capital to pioneer an exclusive offer that is:

SURPRISE-FREE with a defined exit strategy….

Hmmmm – in the words of Bugs Bunny….. Okay Rabbit…. You’ve got my ear…..

PortfolioOne is the perfect trifecta of lifestyle, travel and real estate that opens doors to a new second home paradigm where 95% of your equity share is invested into the hard assets of an LLC. Before you consider any alternative options, you owe it to yourself to visit:

The CEO is Richard Keith. Google him.

But it sure looks good.
