jetBlue MAKES A HORRIBLE TRIP EXPERIENCE RIGHT.

At this time, I will not go into all that went wrong on this flight.

Suffice it to say I have been a big fan and long time customer of jetBlue. On Aug 17 there were many problems that started with our plane being late and another plane going to Sarasota having mechanical problems which started the ball rolling on an 8 hour delay which left me with my wife, two small children and 2 inlaws in a different city altogether at 4 am in the morning.

jetBlue has offered me complimentary round trips for all 6 parties. I spent almost 70 dollars at one of those expensive kiosks which I was told I would receive a 12 dollar per person voucher for. I didn’t have the patience to stand in line with my 2 year old who was crying to get them. ($72). I also expect to be reimbursed for the cab ride home as we had arranged for transportation at 7:30pm but at 4am we had no choice but to take a cab (from Fort Lauderdale – $135). Total is $207 extra that I spent because of this brutal experience.

Please tell me where to send the receipts for the car service and the food.
