Great iPhone Apps that I use everyday.

The iPhone App craze doesn’t look like it’s going away anytime soon. And as long as I’m waiting around for my Sprint 4G and Android combo. I saw one yesterday but gonna wait a little longer before I give the iPhone to my son… if he can start behaving himself…

In the beginning I downloaded apps that helped me pass the time like iChess, Doodle Buddy, Zillow (for innaccurate real estate listings), and others, I have since benefitted from the following apps:

Kick Lite (NYC Subway Map)
If you missed a train and need to make a connection. Or need to plot the best route, this handy app will work great even on the train. Colorful, quick to figure out, get the free version before you visit NYC.

Public Radio (All NPR stations streaming radio)
Since I almost never listen to or watch broadcast news, when I lay down I get the truth (or as close as an American can get to it), from the BBC World Service.

Alex Jones (Infowars)
If you liked Art Bell and George Noory on Coast To Coast you’ll like Alex while Bell and Noory discuss subjects as diverse as UFO’s, The Illuminati, ghosts, witches, conspiracy theory, the Kennedy assassination, etc., Alex Jones is more niche and tailors his subject matter to the New World Order.

Godaddy (hate them necessary evil)
Come up with a great idea for a website or just want to put a domain name in your pocket (literally), get this handy app from the number one worst web-hosting services provider.

NewEgg (Online Electronics Retailer)
My latest find as it’s my birthday coming up, search for TV’s (hint to wife… the new Samsung that is web compatible. The design is just about flawless.

WordPress (Blog)
And of course the WordPress app. I try and blog everyday, and I never know when inspiration’s going to hit me. So I just use my notes to get organized, and upload to be heard. For those about to Blog – this is the app for you.

Now, if AT&T could just get their bandwidth issues ironed out, maybe they’d keep me as a customer.

Today’s vintage musical selection is AC/DC from 1984 at Donnington!
