I met Damon Victor at his BluePrint business in Brooklyn. He’s got a thriving operation, is a landlord and property owner and more. But what he is REALLY passionate about is Urban Transportation.

Damon told me that upon the creation of the bike lanes in the city, he noticed that his Blueprint Deliveries would be beholden to the state of traffic on any given day while food service delivery riders glided effortlessly by on modified bikes.

Which gave him an idea, a green and eco-friendly one.

I went to meet him at his store and within 2 minutes was on one of them. First of all the styles are on the retro side and the colors vibrant. But the impressive thing was that with a slight turn of the handle (where the gears would normally be on your handlebars), you’re gliding away. Virtually silent, and with no pollution. Hence the name Greenpath.

The bikes are great for seniors, on college campuses, in rural areas and so forth. They are powered by the same type of battery that powers a computer and can go up to 30 miles an hour. For more about this amazing company visit

And you can see a video by clicking on the awesome bike below.
